Registration and Participation Fees:

 

You can register for the Rocca al Mare IRONKIDS Tallinn competition online until August 20, 2025 (inclusive). On-site registration and material distribution will take place on August 21 from 10:00 to 20:00 and on August 22 from 10:00 to 19:05.

Participation fee 15€ until 20.08.2025 - 15 EUR, On-site - 25 EUR

The participant is registered for the competition after paying the participation fee. The time of payment (not the time of registration) is the basis for calculating the participation fee.

By registering, the parent/guardian confirms that they are responsible for their child's/ward's health condition and agrees that the organizer is not responsible for any health damage or loss of personal property incurred by the participant.

Transferring participation to someone else is not allowed. The organizer reserves the right to refuse the registration of a competitor if deemed appropriate. In the event of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond the control of the organizers (force majeure), the participation fee will not be refunded.

 

The Rocca al Mare IRONKIDS Tallinn participation fee includes:

Race course

 

The running courses are in the parking lot of the Rocca al Mare centre and nearby pedestrian paths.

 

 

Catering

 

Water will be offered to competitors at the finish.

 

 

Timing

 

Timing chips are attached to the participant's race number. NB! There is no timing for the 515 m distance!

 

 

Participant Limit:

 

The participant limit for Rocca al Mare IRONKIDS Tallinn is 1500 participants for all races combined.

 

 

Awards

 

The top three in the 1500 m age classes will be awarded with prizes, and diplomas (electronically downloadable) will be given to all finishers. The best in each age group will be determined in the respective age group race(s). The result of a participant who started in the wrong age group will be recorded in the protocol, but it will not be considered in determining the top three. To receive the prize, it is mandatory to participate in the award ceremony. If the competitor cannot participate in the award ceremony, their coach or representative may come to receive the prize. There will be no later distribution of prizes.

The award ceremony will take place at 19:40.

 

 

Medical Assistance

 

The organizer ensures the presence of a medical point in the competition centre during the competition.

 

 

Lost and Found

 

Lost items will be collected at the information point on the day of the competition. After the competition, please send inquiries about lost items to tallinn@ironman.com. The organizer will store found items for 7 days after the end of the competition.

 

 

Parking and Traffic on Competition Days

 

Following the instructions of the police, judges, and traffic regulators is mandatory both during parking and the competition.

The organizer has the right to make changes to the guide. All changes to the competition guide will be announced on the competition website.
