Being an IRONMAN Estonia volunteer means a lot of challenges and pushing yourself, but the experience of being a part of a big events, new friends and exciting emotions make it all worth it!

As a volunteer, we offer:

If you’d like to volunteer together with friends, colleagues, training partners, please let us know at imtvol@triatloniakadeemia.ee. We are grateful for AS Swedbank, Estonian Police and Border Guard, Naiskodukaitse, Rotary club and many other for their contributions to our events!
We also want to support those volunteers who may feel inspired to take on the challenge themselves, so we have created a special discount program for participating in events organised by our team.
Volunteers are offered:
- Anyone who has volunteered at least once at an IRONMAN Estonia event will receive a 10% discount for the following season at Triatloniakadeemia or IRONMAN Estonia events.
- After 5 volunteer shifts at IRONMAN Estonia events, you will receive a one-time 50% discount for any event in our season.
- After 10 volunteer shifts, you will receive one free entry to any event in our season.
(Volunteer participation has been tracked since the 2016 IRONMAN 70.3 Otepää event.)
